    - $35 Minimum Diagnostic fee if your device turns on and the problem can be easily diagnosed.

    - $45 to $85 Diagnostic fee if your device doesn't turn on and needs to be taken apart in order to troubleshoot the problem

    - Both started in 2 to 3 business days

    - Diag. fee applies toward repair labor charges - Diag. Fee does not apply towards data transfer charges

  • Rush Service

    - $20 Fee plus $35 to $85 Minimum ( rush fee does not apply towards repair) Started same or next business day

  • Free Basic Diagnostic

    - Started in about a week - only includes basic testing as long as device powers on

In-Store Service Rates

We use a flat rate for most repairs, with adjustments based on complexity. This rate reflects the time, effort, and skill required for the repair, considering that we often handle multiple repairs at once. Hourly fees are typically reserved for one-on-one consultations, allowing us to provide you with a clearer upfront cost.

Clean Room Data Recovery


If your Hard Drive or SSD has completely died, we may need to send it out for data recovery.  We do not have the in house facilities to attempt data recovery but we can still help.  We have been working with a partner for over 15 year that has recovered data from dozens of failed drive.   The minimum charge for shipping both ways and a diagnostic is $89.  Once the drive is looked at we will call you with a quote.  If you get the data recovered that $89 fee applies towards the final recovery price.
